Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Architect in Dubai UAE. The Senior Architect will be responsible for Concept and Architectural design, project management and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, and designers.
Qualifications
• 15 years experience in Concept Design, Architectural Design and knowledge of all requisite Authorities in Dubai
• Must be familiar with the Dubai Building Codes
• Must be familiar with the GA, Saleable Area, RERA requirements etc.
• Presentable who can present Design concept and follow the Detail design with the team; and Approvals; and Authorities, well connected with the Authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with architectural design software
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD is mandatory and other related presentation soft wares is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills
