JOB BRIEF

You come from a B2B consultative sales background. You have a proven track record in business development, project management, closing deals and managing relationships with stakeholders in all positions.
You are familiar with the UAE market and have built a local business network already.
You are emotionally intelligent and build relationships by providing solutions that solve real customer needs. You will champion sales and growth strategy while aligning with critical sales and business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and colleagues.
You understand the concept of branding, brand experience and the importance of creating powerful customer experiences.
You will develop and maximise Company’s presence and market share across accounts and industries.
You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of loc clients, running the day-to-day relationship of assigned accounts as well as actively hunting for growth opportunities (reporting to the VP, Marketing & Sales and CEO).
You are a team player and have the ability to manage other staff members with transparency and accountability.
You are comfortable learning new technologies and can read technical drawings and floor plans.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Leverage existing market knowledge and contacts to achieve revenue objectives
• Establish Company as the preferred vendor for new business using a variety of sales and research methodologies
• Orchestrate Company’s marketing and sales resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness
• Identify new opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
• Proven ability to SELL and achieve great results
• Negotiate contract terms with clients in accordance with company policies and liaise with technical support staff regarding technical solutions and support issues
• Stay informed about the evolving competitive business landscape in order to spot trends, identify new opportunities and build credibility with our clients
• Provide timely management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations, Finance and Marketing departments


Candidate Requirements

• Possess a University degree, preferably in business or building management
• Prior B2B Sales experience- at least 3 - 5 years’ sales experience (fragran product, med, hospitality, retail, building and architecture, consulting)
• Willingness to learn with aptitude for technical products or solutions
• Hands-on working ethic and leads by doing
• Proven communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with a fast pace, changing environment
• Must possess individual relevant VISA to work
• Advantage if possess own vehicle and driver’s license
