Talent2Search is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for a long-term project in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead a team of supervisors, foremen, and technicians while overseeing the safe execution of electrical works under EPC, shutdown, and call-off agreement projects. The role involves supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with international standards and oil & gas safety requirements, monitoring project progress, and providing technical leadership to meet client and project objectives across onshore and offshore facilities.

a. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
b. 10–15 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance projects.
c. UP Qatar Grade "A" Certification (Mandatory).
d. Gulf experience is required.
e. Experience in Oil & Gas (Onsho is preferred; power sector experience will also be considered.
f. Strong knowledge of hazardous area classified equipment and oil & gas safety requirements.
g. Experience with EPC projects, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical doentation.
h. Ability to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and review electrical drawings.
i. Good English communication skills and ability to work independently.
