Combined Group Contracting Co. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join its Oil & Gas division in Kuwait. You will be responsible for the end-to-end cost estimation process for major EPC projects, including the preparation of detailed material, labor, and equipment estimates. The role involves developing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing R and tendering processes, and performing advanced cost analysis and value engineering. You will collaborate closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure competitive and accurate bidding. This position requires a deep understanding of Kuwaiti energy sector standards (KOC, KNPC, KGOC, KIPIC) to support successful project budgeting and contract awards.
