Managing Symantec NetBackup Appliance and server configuring new policies for backups. Solving the related incidents
Additional tasks might be assigned:
Datacenter
DC facility equipment monitoring and functionality for (AC, UPS, Power and electricity, Fire system)
Conducting daily DC round check and report any warning or failure
DC physical security management
DC Tiering standards awareness
Datacenter maintenance and cleanliness
Infrastructure systems
Active Directory and Exchange Administration
Contract and support management
ITIL
ITIL processes knowledge
Project management
Project implementation and contract and support management
