· Meeting new and existing clients and determining their requirements
· Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees.
· Develops design concept and ideas, layouts and finish packages to ensure project approach follows company standards and best practices.
· Responsible for conceptual drawing production, review and analyze designs, drawings and documentations from a technical and aesthetic perspective
· Sketches and presents concepts and ideas at a rapid pace via hand or through tools such as Sketch Up
· Strong 3D modelling and visualization.
· Strong knowledge of the design process, including space planning, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials, and procurement
· Capable of running with project from initial concept to completion
· Creates technical drawings and presentations for furniture, lighting, store designs a programmatic projects
· Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Autocad 2010, Sketch Up
· Inform and set schedules with interior project team and effectively communicate dates to design team and manager to meet all established deadlines
· Ability to present and communicate design ideas quickly
· Work closely with the project team during the construction process to make sure the outcome matches with the design and compliance with client’s standards and budget.
