Role and Responsibility for IT PMO Professional
IT PMO office provides services and guidance to all the IT projects, creating methodologies to be followed, effective risk assessments, impact assessments, etc.
Conduct meetings with project teams to communicate the methodologies & continuous monitoring of projects.
All these are done to minimize the failures of IT projects, make sure processes are followed properly and audit violations are minimized.
