Execute daily and monthly reports for planning against actual delivery.Execute monthly and quarterly logistics report.Generate delivery tickets, loading notes & invoice for outbound and inbound chemicals.Ensure that all DTs are signed and confirmed into ERP.Guide and assist the dispatcher and driver.Monitor fleets through GPS.Maintaining Direct Sales and DS report.Constant follow ups from manager advised on daily operation. Record and maintain files and records of customers’ requests, charges, inventory and other received and dispatched information.Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, placing, and expediting orders.Execute all orders from sales department and handles orders received by phone or emails and ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner while ensuring safe and efficient operation of vehicles and safety of drivers.Coordinate the movement of trucks and deliveries with customers and contractors.Track trends, and reports discrepancies in trips movement plan and arrange deliveries according to daily and weekly schedu received from rig engineers and direct sales clients.
Bachelor’s degree , if any certification related to logistics , should have excellent MS office skills
