i.Supervising the work ensuring compliance with contract provisions Electrical & Mechanical works.
ii.Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works.
iii.Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual requirements.
iv.Interpretation and application of Contract specification in respect of technical matters.
v.Analyzing Contractors material submissions (Electromechanical) and approval.
vi.Analyzing of Contractors technical proposals and their approval.
vii.Reviewing and approving of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor.
viii.Inspecting temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Doents and approved shop drawings and submissions.
ix.Assisting with the inspection of completed work.
x.Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover of works.
xi.Maintaining records of tests performed and work executed.
xii.Leading the team in commissioning MEP works.
xiii.Provides project design civil engineering services such as preparation of project study reports, project reports, geometric approval drawings, plans, specifications, and estimates.
Qualification - M Engineering
Mandatory - UAE Driving License
Experience - 15+ UAE Experience
Should be member of Society of Engineers - Dubai Municipality
