Looking for experienced Senior QS engineer, should be available currently in UAE.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project engineers, Technical office team, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Lead Weekly Meetings with Clients Representatives , Consultants, ID
- Achieve Company Principals and Targets
* Requirements.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with constructi management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Wide Experience in High End villas Projects is must.
- A team player with High leadership abilities.
- B in Civil engineering, From Reputed University.
- Soon Joining Date to be an Advantage.
- Arabic Nationality is preferred.
- Formal English language skills is must.
- High Formal Communication skills is must.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
