1. Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Cost Controller, specifically in the interior fit-out industry.
Proven experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and financial reporting for interior fit out and construction projects.
Experience in tendering, contracts, and procurement processes.
