Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in credit card sale or any other financial sales. This role requires a high-energy individual with a proven track record in sales and customer acquisition, who can drive revenue by selling credit card products to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing of credit card sales.
Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for credit card products, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to provide relevant product solutions.
Compliance & Doentation: Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory and compliance standards, handling customer doentation accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in credit card sales, financial services, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills Required

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
