Job Responsibilities:
•Processing of pre-qualifications, material submittals, and method statements relating to architectural scope;
•Reviewing architectural and engineering submittals.
•Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental and local regulations.
•Ensure adherence to all building codes, laws, and regulations
•Conduct inspections and obtain permits
•Check the accuracy of work performed by contractors and subcontractors
•Monitoring the work of other Engineers and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
•Interface coordination with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and other specialist services;.
•Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
•Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in architecture or similar.
•The relevant professional qualifications and local license.
•A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
•Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
•Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a similar field
•Professional Registration in UAE.
•High Rise Tower experience
•Experience with Consultancy firms.
•Ability to deliver under pressure
•Good working knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office
