Role Overview:
The Senior Skin & Beauty Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality beauty and skin services, ensuring exceptional client experience, and maintaining premium service standards. The role covers threading, waxing, eyelash services, facials, massage treatments, and henna application.
Key Responsibilities
1.Threading & Brow Services
•Perform:
-Eyebrow threading
-Upper lip, chin, neck, and full-face threading
•Deliver precise shaping based on face structure
•Perform eyebrow tinting with correct color matching
•Maintain hygiene and skin safety standards
2.Eyelashes Services
•Perform:
-Classic eyelash extensions
-Russian volume eyelash extensions
-Eyelash refills and removals
-Eyelash tinting
-Eyelash lamination
•Ensure proper isolation, symmetry, and retention
•Advise clients on aftercare and maintenance
3.Waxing Services
•Perform full range of waxing services:
-Underarm, arms (half/full)
-Legs (half/full)
-Bikini & full bikini
-Full body waxing
-Face, eyebrows, upper lip, chin
-Chest, back, stomach
•Ensure client comfort, hygiene, and proper technique
•Minimize irritation and follow correct p care
4.Facial Service
•Perform professional facial treatments including:
-Deep cleansing facials
-Hydrating and nourishing facials
-Brightening / skin-rejuvenation treatments
•Use products correctly based on skin type
•Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment.
5.Massage Services
•Deliver and ensure proper technique, pressure control, and client comfort:
-Head, neck & shoulder massage
-Hand and foot massage
-Full body relaxation massage
6.Henna Services
•Apply henna designs for:
-Hands
-Feet
•Create both traditional and modern designs
•Ensure clean, precise, and artistic application
7.Client Experience & Consultation
•Conduct consultations to understand client needs
•Recommend services and upsell where appropriate
•Maintain a luxury, calm, and personalized experience
•Build strong client relationships and retention
8.Operational Excellence
•Follow service timing (T&T) and appointment schedules
•Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene
•Sterilize tools and follow UAE health regulations
•Support inventory and product usage control
9.Team Support & Brand Standards
•Support and guide junior staff
•Ensure consistency in service delivery
•Represent The Nail Lodge brand with professionalism and elegance
Skills & Requirements
•Proven experience in beauty and skin services
•Strong skills in:
-Threading and waxing
-Eyelash extensions (classic & Russian)
-Facial treatments
-Basic massage techniques
•Artistic ability (for henna is a strong advantage)
•Excellent client service and communication skills
•Knowledge of hygiene and salon standards in UAE
