Position Overview:
The SEO Specialist & Analytics Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy while working closely with the marketing and content teams. This role requires advanced expertise in SEO tactics and analytics tools to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
-Conduct thorough keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
-Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and expand on content strategies that drive traffic and engagement.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
-Lead analytics initiatives to track key performance metrics, uncover insights, and suggest data-driven improvements.
-Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across the website.
-Develop and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
-Analyze competitors and identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
Degree:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO and web analytics.
- Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with website optimization tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Marketing: A degree in marketing provides a solid foundation in understanding consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing strategies, all of which are essential for SEO.
