Job Description

 Responsibilities:
  Attending customers and provide solution for their vehicle complaints.
  Inspect vehicle and advise necessary repairs need to be done.
  Prepare work schedule, work sequence to technicians.
  System service request, estimate, invoice & receipt generation.
 Conduct quality inspection, before delivering vehicle to customers.
 Monthly spare, tyre, lube order processing.
 Monitor Target Achievement on daily basis and increase cross selling.
 Provide reports to Operation manager in respect to daily sales, repeat jobs and total outstanding.
 Order and upgrade tools based on current service trend.
 Make sure that all safety measures adopted while performing works in work floor.
 Provide in-house trainings to mechanics and trades-men.
 Comply 100% Tyre Plus S.O.P and company policy in company premises.
