Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating rides in amusement parks, carnivals or similar recreational establishments
Inspects ride equipment for operating condition and safety
Assigns team members their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards
Conducts periodic quality checks to ensure assigned tasks were delivered as expected
Ensuring values such as Safety, Service, Standards and Sales are met
Managing emergency situations and contact concerned departments to follow up for any Incident occurred or medical help required at the site.
Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary
Keep a track of Employees performance, productivity and appraisals
Shift Supervisor Requirements:
Prior 5-7 years of experience in a customer facing environment in any theme park, amusement ride or adventure sports
Fluent in English & Arabic
Natural leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule during business hours, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
Preferably having a UAE driving license
Knowledge of health and safety protocols
Excellent time management skills
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to multitask
