Complete knowledge of process for duty refund.
Monitored supplier activities to ensure timely deliveries of products.
Have complete knowledge of Export from Mainla to rest of the world.
Road Transport / Containers for Sea freight / Airfreig collections etc.
Coordinate with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to the management.
Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
Coordinating with Shipping Lines /Cargo Agen Forwarders and Customers for Deliveries.
Coordinating the preparation of Customs and Shipping Documentation, on receipt of Delivery Instructions.
Managing the customers for meeting their specific requirement of Deliveries, Certificate of Origin and all related queries.
Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments.
Chamber of commerce, BOE passing, Gate passes, Booking Inspection…etc.).
Preparing the intercompany documents like Commercial Invoices, packing list, and Delivery advice for Customs duty payments.
