A reputable company in Dubai is looking for a Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth sales activities. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, customer-focused, and able to communicate product information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
Provide product details, pricing information, and recommendations
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and showroom organisation
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations and sales doents
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for stock availability
Manage basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
Experience in showroom, retail, or customer service roles preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
