•Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the showroom.
•Qualify customers and build a relationship to undertake an in-depth needs analysis and provide trust and confidence to the customer.
•Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits.
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
•Offer and accompany the customer in demonstrating the products offered.
•Promote and up sell products and services.
•Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the supervisor / sales manager.
•Create a target focused plan for new customer acquisition using a prospect development system.
•Use various methods (e.g., social media) to acquire and follow-up on prospective customers.
•Help build the company image on social media (e.g., gather content)
•Share knowledge and best practices about the respective specialized product or product group within the rest of the sales team.
Qualification & Requirements
•High School Diploma or above
•Arabic or English (preferable both) Language Skill
Work Experience
•Open to consider Fresh graduates who are ambitious to work within Automotive Sales.
•Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
•Experience in the Automotive aftermarket industry is a plus.
