Production: Lead and control the production plan in order to respect the production targets & objectives (well testing)
Interface: Coordinate with Site Contractor personnel and company onshore coordinator to ensure continuity of field operations activities
Cost: Lead and control the forecast and realization of budget in order to optimize OPEX and to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness
Empowerment: Control site implementation of human resources management & development programs to ensure continuation of people development and to maintain the organization's effectiveness.
