Ensure all asphalt plant, crusher plant operations, maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, schedule and maintenance.
Responsible for maintaining all certifications, permits and inspections to be current and complete.
Supervise aspha plant operations to be properly staffed with qualified, well trained employees.
Maintain aspha materials at an optimum level and place material orders Reporting material.
Maintain inventory in accordance with financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate with corporate quality contr staff.
handle employee greivence and resolve thier daily routine issues at site.
Work as the liaison between the company and its customers.
Assess equipment and facility requirements and make recommendations for replacement or improvement.
Maintain a current knowledge of industry advancements, specifications, safety standards and issues.
Maintain a working knowledge of asphalt drum and batch plants and all associated facilities.
Must have computer skills and an intimate knowledge of asphalt and crusher plant control systems.
To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
