job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Account Manager to oversee and manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in growing online presence and engagement for brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple client accounts
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze account performance using analytics tools, providing monthly reports and improvement plans
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other internal teams
• Keep up with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor activity
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across all client channels
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Account Manager (minimum 1 year preferred and English and Hindi)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and basic editing apps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts under deadlines
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
• Knowledge of paid social ad strategies is a plus
