- Position Overview:
You will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create content that resonates with our audience and highlights our properties, services, and community impact.
- Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, design, and curate engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to showcase properties, market trends, and client success stories.
Social Media Strategy:
Create and implement social media campaigns that align with business objectives, targeting key demographics to increase visibility and engagement.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, fostering positive interactions and relationships.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
