The is responsible for delivering comprehensive eye care services, including diagnosing and treating eye diseases, performing surgeries, prescribing corrective lenses, and managing both pre-operative and post-operative care. The role encompasses working with patients of all ages to address a variety of ocular conditions, from routine eye exams to complex surgical procedures.
Required Skills: Hands-on experience in slit lamp eye examinations, IOP measurement, fundus dilation and examination, refraction, removal of conjunctival and corneal foreign bodies, epilation of misdirected eyelashes, oculoplastic procedures, among others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Arabic language.
Possession of a valid QCHP license and a transferable visa with NOC.
Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a governmental or semi-governmental institution or hospital after obtaining a Master's degree.
Education: Arab Board, Doctorate, MD, or Fellowship as per MOPH guidelines.
