Responsibilities
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Listen to team member and customer feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Present, promote and sell produc to existing and prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Conduct market research
Manage social media and outreach initiatives
Salary
5,000 AED + 4% Commission - non negotiable

Highly motivated and target driven
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Marketing and social media knowledge or willingness to learn
CRM experience or willingness to learn
Independent worker
Fluent English and Arabic speaker
