Job Responsibilities
•Checking and coordinating the IFC drawings and reporting to the Proje Engineer regarding missing details and discrepancies, if any.
•Preparation of civil, structural, architectural & infra-structure shop drawings in coordination with MEP and Builder’s work drawings.
•Preparation of open Culvert and Box culvert
•Preparation of irrigation drawings
•Preparation detail drawings including sections, toilet details, sanitary drawings, flooring details, wall cladding details, elevations, window & door details
•Preparation of Boundary wall structural and architectural drawings
•Preparation of Guard House and watch tower structural and architectural drawings.
•Preparation of Landscape, Road levels, and Paving drawings
•Coordinate the MEP and Civil drawings
•Maintain the records of IFC and shop drawings and regularly update revisions arising from responses to technical queries, Engineer’s Instructions, a comments on shop drawings.
•Coordinate and guide the other Draughtsman in the same discipline
•Provide detailed drawings for site execution.
•Provide measurement layout & other relevant drawings.
•Preparing as-built drawings as per site condition after personal verification and checking.
