Core Responsibilities:
Warehouse management, organization and optimization of processes.
Organization and control of loading and unloading operations in the warehouse.
Personnel management (up to 5 people per shift).
Control over proper behavior of subordinate staff and established communication between the staff.
Control over compliance with warehouse regulations, labor discipline and working hours.
Ensuring the correct assignment of batches of goods and timely shipment from the warehouse.
Ensuring correct merchandise flow between warehouses, maintaining reports on the merchandise flow.
Enforcement of required storage regimes for food products.
Make reports on the stock balances, stock control.
Control of inventory safety.
Organization and conduct of inventories.
Keeping doent flow in the warehouse.
Control over safety measures, fire safety.
