•Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner
•Receive and process incoming goods, checking them against purchase orders and invoices
•Manage the storage of goods in an organized and accessible manner
•Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure that goods are delivered to the right locations
•Ensure that all goods are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations
•Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and stock movements
Qualifications:
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in inventory management preferred.
