Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with Autocad.
Maintain clear coordination between the site team, engineers, and draughtsman.
Assist the engineer by updating the site conditio.
Prepare daily site reports.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Responsible for work scheduling and timely project handover to clients.
Close monitoring and assisting of site activities.
Manage budget and purchase equipme if required.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance), safety standards, and report regularly on project status.
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Interact daily with the clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Carry out technical and feasibility studies, adhere to technical specifications, assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
