We are looking for a Supervisor for our Supermarket.
•Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and training.
•Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
•Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability and freshness.
•Implement and uphold store policies and procedures.
•Help with scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Qualifications:
•Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
•A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
