Responsibilities:
1) Write Standard Operating Procedures, reviews and improves plans and processes to ensure ease and clarity of tasks and works.
2) Study and analyze problems and technical notes on the procedures and provide appropriate solutions.
3) Reviewing and approving the updated technical drawings from the Research and Applied Engineering Center and local factories.
4) Develop and improve the processes of self and local manufacturing acceptance of the final products
5) Attention to detail and the ability to analyze problems and reach the best solutions
6) Best planning and application of business analysis methodologies and process re-engineering to improve the quality of maintenance and supply operations.
7) Control and analyze the quality of the main operations performance at the maintenance base
8) Create and supervise training programs
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by the Ministry of Education
2. A Master’s Degree in the field of Quality Assurance is preferred.
3. Certified Internal Auditor
4. Holds International Certificates and Accreditations in the area of Quality, International Specifications and Six Sigma Methodology
5. Holds professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
6. Saudi National
Required Experiences:
1) No less than Ten (10) years’ experience in the field of quality, maintenance and manufacturing operations management.
2) Familiarity with designs procedures, development and re-engineering of processes.
3) Managing the internal audit process
4) Ability to test and technical analysis
5) Ability to read graphics and technical data
