Responsibilities:
Operate a taxi in a safe and lawful manner, following traffic rules and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor.
Safely transport passengers to their requested destinations via the most efficient and direct routes.
Keep the interior and exterior of the taxi clean and well-maintained.
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes as needed to avoid delays.
Collect fares and provide accurate change, receipts, or electronic payment options as required.
Maintain records of trips, mileage, and passenger information for accounting and reporting purposes.
Ensure passenger safety by securely fastening seat belts, maintaining the vehicle in roadworthy condition, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Be knowledgeable about local points of interest, routes, and attractions to assist passengers with their inquiries.
Maintain a valid driver's license and stay updated on all applicable licensing and certification requirements.
