Duties and Responsibilities:

2. Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with luggage and ensuring their comfort and safety during the ride.
3. Maintain a clean and well-maintained taxi vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
4. Communicate with dispatchers or transportation companies regarding pick-up and drop-off locations, fares, and any changes in the schedule.
5. Adhere to designated routes, or use navigation apps to determine the most efficient and timely routes to reach destinations.
6. Accept electronic payments and provide accurate change to passengers as per fare requirements.
7. Keep records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger trips for administrative and billing purposes.
8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Stay updated on traffic and road conditions to avoid delays or obstacles during trips.
10. Ensure personal grooming and appearance meet the company's standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
2. Previous experience as a Taxi Driver or a similar role is preferred.
3. Excellent knowledge of the local area, including popular tourist destinations, landmarks, and business districts.
4. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and ability to use mobile apps for efficient route planning.
5. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to handle stressful situations, such as heavy traffic or difficult passengers, calmly and professionally.
8. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
