Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.2 years of proven experience in leasing within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of success.Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
