Job Description

Role Overview
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting lighting products. Collaborate with R&D, sales, and production teams to ensure technical accuracy and successful product implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Doentation & Standards
-Prepare product specs, datasheets, installation guides, and manuals.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
-Test lighting products for performance and compliance.
-Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
-Support quality control throughout the product lifecycle.
Technical Sales Support
-Conduct product demos and technical presentations.
-Assist with proposals and project-specific technical solutions.
-Provide product training to internal teams and partners.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
-Provide technical support to customers, installers, and distributors.
-Investigate field failures and perform root-cause analysis.
-Implement corrective actions to improve product performance.
Project Management (as needed)
-Oversee technical aspects of lighting projects.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s in Electrical or related field
-2+ years in lighting, electronics, or manufacturing
-Knowledge of LED tech, optics, power electronics, and control systems
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, DIAL, SPICE
-Experience in testing tools
-Familiar with UL, CE, RoHS, ErP standards

Preferred:
-Master’s degree
-Experience with smart lighting, IoT, DMX, DALI, Zigbee
-PMP certification
