Job summary
* We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant with 3 ~ 5 years of UAE Cyber Security experience and a
valid UAE driving license.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, design tailored
cybersecurity solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle.
• This will include Sales targets as well.

Prima Job Purpose:
Client Engagement and Support:
• Understand customer pain points, technical requirements, and business goals to propose tailored cybersecurity
solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POC to showcase the value of cybersecurity
products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a technical advisor.
Technical Solution Design:
• Design and develop customized cybersecurity solutions based on client needs, covering areas such as Endpoint
Security, Email Security, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, VAPT, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management.
• Prepare detailed technical doentation, solution blueprints, and proposals.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Partner with vendors and technology providers to stay updated on products and solutions.
Sales Enablement:
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and technical queries from clients with accuracy and clarity.
• Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities and proposing the right solutions.
Market Awareness and Expertise:
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to provide thought leadership and
innovation.
• Share insights and knowledge with internal teams through training and workshops.
