ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Duties
1. Install Fire alarm & detection system panels, Including connectivity of smoke detectors in fire panels and gas
detectors in LPG panel.
2. Responsible for Assembly & installation, testing, and maintaining of electrical wiring, equipments, appliances,
apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
3. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the
cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
4. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
5. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment
or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
6. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
7. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
8. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education Requirements
1. Qualification Certificates minimum Higher Secondary Education
2. Electrical Diploma – ITI or Similar
3. Electrical Experience Certificates
4. Electrical Test Certificate A Technical Certification from an accredited institute
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English

Experience Requirements
Must have GCC experience in field of Fire-fighting systems installations at least 2-3 years (LPG Detection system Installation
will be an advantage and can affect the package)
Operational Skills
1. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking
questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
2. Perform Tasks related to electrical detection system installation and fire panels.
3. Needs to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
4. Must be able to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
5. Must use controlled mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes not including
computers or vehicles.
6. Must observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources before starting a project.
7. Performs physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving the whole body, such
as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

- Satisfactory oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out
instructions and interpret documents, understand procedures, communicate clearly with customers and management
- Satisfactory ability to interact with staff and clients in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while
