Able to reach the targeted number of calls every day.
Answering all the relevant questions about the product you are offering
Asking questions to understand customer requirements
To arrange meetings as per the target set by the Management
To maintain the database of all the interested customers
Go the “extra mile” to meet the target and facilitate future sales
Keep yourself up to date with the happenings in Real Estate Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
