Job Description

Job Summary: The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales and leads by making outbound calls to potential customers. The role involves presenting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Prepare and present sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and share best practices.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
