Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team and assist in promoting our range of services, including accounting, taxation audits, company setups, business loans, and bank account openings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential clients over the phone, generating leads and setting appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone to promote services such as accounting, taxation audits, company formations, business loans, and bank account openings.
Explain product features and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner to encourage interest and engagement.
Identify and qualify leads, gathering necessary information and understanding client needs.
Set up appointments for the field sales team to follow up and close the sale.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any initial concerns clients may have.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in financial services or business consulting.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of accounting, taxation, company setup, or banking services is a plus.
Good computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
