Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over phone calls to inform them about our products or services, generate interest, and convert leads into successful sales. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, playing a crucial role in building relationships and representing the company’s value and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads or campaigns.
-Understand customer needs and pitch relevant servic effectively.
-Explain features, benefits, and pricing details to encourage conversions.
-Answer questions and resolve concerns in a confident, friendly manner.
-Maintain and update customer database regularly.
-Follow up on leads and maintain strong post-sale communication.
-Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign feedback and improvements.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in telesales, preferably in fintech, online gaming, or digital products.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (a regional languages).
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle rejection positively.
-Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
-Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-Prior experience in online platforms or customer acquisition roles is highly valued.
