Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
