Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Ax Premium Properties’ projects
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and existing databases
Schedule property viewings for the sales team
Maintain and update client information in CRM
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointmen opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in real estate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage client queries professionally
Fluency in English (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Russian is an added advantage)
Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident personality
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
