Configuring, installing and troubleshooting of remote subscriber equipment. Providing technical support to customers / providing remote customer support as needed. Preparing and dispatching equipment and hardware to sites prior to installation. Completing all plans, diagrams and procedures related to installations.
Main duties are as follows:
Assembling, installing and troubleshooting of fixed and auto VSAT systems.
Pre-commissioning building and testing in the workshop environment.
Configuring, installing and troubleshooting of remote subscriber equipment.
Providing technical support to customers / providing remote customer support as needed.
Preparing and dispatching equipment and hardware to sites prior to installation.
Completing all plans, diagrams and procedures related to installations.
Skills / Qualifications required:
Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Communications
Relevant work experience, ideally within an onshore / offshore remote communications environment.
Freshers can apply.
Satellite communications, VSAT, antenna RF systems / sub-systems and fixed antenna systems.
