West Avenue Services is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic team. This role involves making marketing calls to potential clients and inviting them to visit our office for consultations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound marketing calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
Clearly and effectively communicate the services offered by West Avenue Services.
Persuade potential clients to visit our office for detailed consultations.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Ensuring that a maximum number of appointments are scheduled each month.
Maintaining the quality of appointments provided to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Tele sales, or outbound voice process, preferably in insurance or a similar background.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a must. Knowledge of Tagalog is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
