A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for calling potential or existing customers to promote produc, generate leads, answer inquiries, and achieve sales targets. The role requires good communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to handle customer objections politely.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers.
Promote and explain products or services clearly over the phone.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
Follow Telecall scripts and company guidelines.
Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule appointments for sales teams
Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
