Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
Present and promote products or services clearly and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of leads and update client information.
Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or KPIs.
Handle customer objections and resolve issues politely.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth communication and reporting.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident phone etiquette and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM use.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
