Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to support our sales efforts for CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) software solutions. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and capable of engaging engineering and manufacturing professionals in meaningful conversations that convert to business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to prospects in Buildings, Oil & Gas, Roads, and other engineering-driven industries to promote C software solutions.
•Qualify leads through phone conversations to understand customer needs and assess sales potential.
•Set up meetings or product demos for the field sales or technical team.
•Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and website inquiries.
•Update and maintain lead information and call activity in the CRM system.
•Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand software features and client requirements.
•Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
•Gather and relay market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•1–3 years of telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation experience—preferably in engineering software or technology sales.
•Understanding or familiarity with C tools such as Microstation, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, RAM, ANSYS, etc., is highly desirable.
•Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
•Goal-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
•Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
