Description:
Telemarketing Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, and must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as email.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibility:
- Make telephone calls to new prospects & inform them about the full range of services offered by Capex Hassan Auditing.
- Generating leads in the sector of Industries, Exhibitions & Events, targeting high potential clients.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Schedule appointments & fix meetings for Capex Hassan Auditing staff to meet prospective customer.
- Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements in detail.
- Perform other related duties as assigned requirements.
Requirement:
- The ideal candidate should be energetic, positive attitude, confident with cold calling and eager to convert prospective clients and increase revenue.
- Telemarketing executive with 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing sales. Should be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
With Telemarketing skills with sales background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- competence in MS office, Excel, Team player.
